Revenue Enablement Manager, Technical

As our Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll be the vital link between global enablement strategy and the regional presales field—bringing programs to life, driving adoption, and ensuring every SE in your theater is equipped to win.
Your Role
- Plan and deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and discussions tailored to sales campaigns.
- Localize global resources and toolkits for your region’s languages, time zones, and customer examples.
- Drive enablement programs that upskill SEs in cloud native, Kubernetes, DevOps, and AI.
- Pilot technical workshops on emerging technologies for your region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional go-to-market teams to ensure enablement reflects the latest advancements.
- Track participation, certification, and tool usage to ensure every SE is set up for success.
- Coach SE Managers to embed enablement into team routines—standups, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
- Capture and share success stories and blockers to ensure regional feedback shapes global programs.
- Represent your theater in global planning syncs, sharing adoption data and field insights.
- Coordinate logistics for quarterly capability launches and major global events.
- Pilot new programs and tools in your theater, documenting best practices for global scale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel Enablement to ensure cross-functional readiness.
- Maintain “State of Readiness” metrics for your theater, tracking participation, adoption, and performance.
- Deliver quarterly readouts with actionable insights to improve global program design.
- Monitor key metrics: enablement adoption, tool utilization, and SE satisfaction.
- 5–8 years in presales, enablement, or field operations within a technology or cloud organization.
- Experience with cloud native platforms and architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, containers, microservices).
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise/cloud environments.
- Proven ability to enable teams on modern cloud, DevOps, and AI technologies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; you’re credible with SE leadership and field teams.
- Experience landing global initiatives locally, navigating cultural and time-zone differences.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting adoption data and presenting insights.
